I am LeAnn, Dr. Tirpack's nurse. I have been working for Dr. Tirpack at Tirpack Medical Procedures, LLC. for some time now. I absolutely love it here! She is one of the most genuine and passionate doctors I have ever met and so dedicated to her patients, family, and work family.
I have never even heard of bio-identical hormone replacement (BHRT) until I got the phone call to come in for an interview. The gentleman asked me if I knew about it and honestly I haven't. He t...old me to do my research and gave me some excellent resources so I began to do my homework. I was amazed and so addicted to this field. Hormones, menopause, pellets, and procedures totally consumed me! I could relate... to a certain extent. The more I read, the more videos I watched, the more I wanted to be right there doing it! Well, I got the job!! It happened! I am right there as her right hand man assisting her! I have literally found my dream job!! I was welcomed with open arms from day 1 from her as well as her amazing staff. The longer I have worked for her, the more I began to realize that amazing person she is. I have seen her pray for her patients, I have seen her work her schedule around them, I have seen the amazing mentor she is to me. I can not say enough good things about her! We are literally a family away from our family! You should definitely see her for all of your hormonal needs! A++

One of the best medical facilities around. Like everyone else said, LeAnn and Emily are such sweet young ladies who take really good care of us older folks. Annie is so good at her job too. I love them all!

This is one of the most passionate and caring doctors I have ever been around. She closely monitors you and your labs and very accurate with her dosing. I would highly recommend her to anyone going through menopause. She even does hormone replacement on low T.

I love coming here. It is my 30 minute spa session I get every 3 months. Lovely music choice. I wish more doctors offices have staff like hers. They make it worth going to the doctors. Dr. T is a special person. Great place.

Dr. Tirpack has been a blessing to me! She introduced me to life again. I was in a place where no one wanted to be. I was moody, I had terrible hot flashes and night sweats, I had no libido, I was depressed because of all these symptoms and that I had to accept the fact I was going through menopause. I was told about pellets and I did my research and I gave it a try. Oh my goodness it worked! I feel younger my skin has improved, no more hot flashes, my migraines are gone, and my libido is back! Dr. Tirpack saved me and my marriage. I will forever be grateful. Thank you to her wonderful staff!they work so hard to keep things flowing. I never have to wait long to get back. They have what they do down to a science! Top rated in my book!

This doctor is too notch! I give her an A++ she knows just how to help us hormonal women! I am trying my husband to experience the pellet phenomenon so we can be little kids again! I would recommend her to anyone I meet! Best part is I can do these for the rest of my life! If you haven't heard of her and these, do your research and contact her! Her staff is the best I have ever been around in any doctors office! Emily at the front desk is such a sweet lady and is such a hard worker! Her cute little nurse, LeAnn, is so smart and takes her time to answer your needs anytime. She is a great assistant! Annie, the lab tech, is THE BEST stick ever! Top notch family there!

This is one of the best doctors I have had the chance of meeting. She is passionate about what she does, cares about who she comes into contact with, and very knowledgeable about bioidentical hormone replacement therapy! I would recommend anyone to go see her if you are having menopausal symptoms! Absolutely worth every penny!

I am a patient of her here in Tallassee, and she was great to me.She will spend time with you explaining everything she is about to do and she will also explain afterwards.She has to be the best OBGYN i have ever had.I have been seeing her since i was 14 and she has never turned me down or has given me a wrong answer.I trust her and am glad she is my doctor!!

I don't have a regular gynecologist here in Birmingham since I am only here for school. I have been to a few random ones that did their job and it was all fine. I went to Dr. Tirpack, however, and wanted to stay in Birmingham just to have a great gynecologist. She is very knowledgeable, willing to work with you with whatever your situation is, is very friendly, and made me feel so comfortable. I highly highly recommend her.

Everyone here is so sweet, and they always have a smile on their face! I highly recommend!
